We've added more email notifications to the application process. Each time an applicant completes a new application, an email notification automatically goes out to the applicant, the applicant's Realtor (if indicated), the listing Realtor, and the landlord (if indicated). When the application is accepted and the background check is ordered, all parties receive an email notification of the status of the application. The final email notification goes out when a leasing decision is rendered.
